At Sandpiper of California, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original state.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
